ATC's 600L series is an ultra-low ESR, high Q, NPO RF and microwave capacitor. Featuring ultra-low ESR and a high working voltage at 200 V, the 600L series is great in cellular base stations, broadband wireless services and satellite communications. The 600L series is EIA case size 0402 and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
