    Got 20 pcs in 2 bags inside the envelope. In the first envelope there are 10 transistors with an open channel resistance of 1,1 ohms and a channel capacity of about 1700 pf. In the second 10 pcs package with a resistance of about 2,1 ohms and a channel capacity of about 950 pf. A discount of more than 18 rubles was made. Therefore, with a large stretch i put 4 stars. BD48xxx and BD49xxx Voltage Detector ICs
ROHM Semiconductor BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs are designed as highly accurate, low current consumption voltage detector ICs. The BD48xxx voltage detector ICs provide N-channel open drain output while the BD49xxx series provides CMOS output. The BD48xxx and BD49xxx series offer detection voltages ranging from 2.3V to 6.0V in increments of 0.1V. Operating from a temperature range -40°C to +105°C, BD48xxx and BD49xxx voltage detector ICs provide a highly accurate voltage detection to ±1.0% and ultra-low current consumption of 0.9μA (typical). Available in very small, low height packages, the BD48xxx and BD49xxx series are ideal for circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
