AC/DC Converters ICs with SiC MOSFETs
ROHM Semiconductor AC/DC Converters ICs with SiC MOSFETs are quasi-resonant AC/DC converters that enable soft switching and low EMI. These converters come with a built-in 1700V and 4A Silicon-Carbide MOSFET. The AC/DC converters feature low current consumption during standby and burst operation at light load. These converters offer Under-Voltage Drop-Out (UVLO), Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and over current protection circuit per cycle. Typical applications include power supply for industrial equipment, AC adaptor, and household appliances.
AC/DC Converter ICs
ROHM Semiconductor AC/DC Converter ICs are designed with integrated FETs and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for a variety of applications. These AC/DC converter ICs provide an ideal system for products that include an electrical outlet. The AC/DC converter ICs feature auto-restart capability, 650V circuit start voltage, and low switching frequencies of 65kHz and 100kHz. These converter ICs are available in the more commonly used SOP8 SMD package. Typical applications include AC adapters, industrial equipment, and household appliances.
