The ic is listed as lm2596. It's tá marked as lm2596, but it's not. The lm2596 works at 150 khz, but those who have sent work at 50 khz. So i guess it's the lm2576, they 've marked it as lm2596 since they have the same sideboard. Can be used if system requirements are not very large, or the inductance value is increased, but if you do not take into account the difference in the workplace in some cases will not work well or it can be ruined.
