AD7124-4 4-Channel AFEs
Analog Devices AD7124-4 4-Channel analog front end (AFE) portfolio features low power, low noise, completely integrated AFEs for high precision measurement applications. Developed with the highest degree of signal chain integration, the AD7124-4 AFE contains a low noise, 24-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) as well as a precision, low noise, low drift internal band gap reference. The device also accepts an external differential reference, which can be internally buffered.

Analog Devices Thermal Diodes Temperature Sensing Solutions prove extremely useful in monitoring temperature limits. Thermal diodes are based on the principle that electric diodes change voltage linearly according to temperature. When a thermal diode's temperature increases, the forward voltage decreases. Designers can determine the junction temperature of a device by passing a current through the diode and measuring the resulting voltage. Thermal diodes can be embedded on microprocessors to monitor the processor's die temperature. The thermal diodes are placed in the processor core where the highest temperatures occur. Analog Devices AD7124-8 fully integrated analog front end (AFE) delivers the industry leading combination of low-power, low-noise performance, and signal chain integration for high precision measurement applications. AD7124-8 features a low noise, 24-bit sigma delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and can be configured to have eight differential inputs or 15 single-ended or pseudo differential inputs.
