TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers
The TSX series, a new generation of 16V Amplifier ICs using an advanced manufacturing process, combines high performance and high reliability, making them well suited for a variety of demanding applications. An innovative 16V CMOS manufacturing process delivers reduced power consumption, class leading accuracy with long term stability, and enables reduced PCB area by allowing the use of small surface-mount packages. The combination of features along with STMicroelectronics commitment to quality and reliability makes these devices an ideal signal conditioning solution for rugged applications from automotive electronics to smart buildings and industrial controls.
Standard Products
STMicroelectronics Standard Products are a broad range of industry-standard and drop-in replacements for the most popular general-purpose analog ICs, discrete and serial EEPROMs. The Standard Products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with many AECQ-qualified for automotive applications. TSX63x Micropower Rail-to-Rail Op Amps
STMicroelectronics TSX63 Micropower Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifiers offer low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. TSX631 is the single version, TSX632 the dual version and TSX634 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSX63x and TSX63xA series offer a 200kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming 60μA maximum at 16V. The devices are housed in the tiniest industrial packages. These features make the TSX63x and TSX63xA family ideal for sensor interfaces and industrial signal conditioning. The wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance ease the use in harsh automotive applications.
