Ordered on february 7 received on march 18. Stitched chip 24c16, it is very simple-when inserted this device usb port, the red led light will appear, a new unknown device in the computer, install the driver for it, pre-downloaded, then we go into the program itself and see the message at the bottom right-state: connected, so the driver works, you can start programming.
