MOSFET & IGBT Gate Drivers: STMicroelectronics MOSFET & IGBT Gate Drivers are a portfolio of discrete devices for industrial, consumer, computer and automotive applications. The portfolio offers a range spanning from single- to half-bridge and multiple-channel drivers. The drivers are rated for either low- or high-voltage (up to 1500V) applications. ST also offers galvanically-isolated gate driver ICs for safety and functional requirements. System-in-Package (SiP) solutions integrate high- and low-side gate drivers and MOSFET-based power stages. This makes them ideal for the industrial market with higher levels of integration and lower development costs.

L638xE and L639x Gate Drivers: STMicroelectronics L638xE and L639x Gate Drivers are single-chip half-bridge gate drivers for N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT. The L638xE and L639x are high voltage devices manufactured with BCD™ "offline" technology. These high voltage gate drivers are designed to stand a voltage rail up to 600V in high-side (floating) section. The L638xE and L639x gate drivers logic inputs are CMOS or TTL compatible to ease the interfacing with controlling devices. These L638xE gate drivers are available in a DIP-8, SO-8, DIP-14, and SO-14 tube packages. The L639x gate drivers are available in SO-8, SO-14 tube, and SO-16 tube packaging options.Learn more

L639x smartDRIVE™ Gate Driver: The STMicroelectronics L639x smartDRIVE™ highly integrated, versatile high-voltage gate driver platform allows the user to easily design a control system in a wide range of inductive loads, such as motors for home appliances, factory automation, industrial drives, and more. The STMicroelectronics L639x includes an integrated 8 MHz operational amplifier that provides current sensing. The L639x offers further advanced features, such as externally adjustable dead time and interlocking function, that prevent the power stage from any possible cross-conduction.

Motor Drivers: STMicroelectronics Motor Drivers are a wide range of motor drivers covering the requirements of brushed DC motors, stepper motors, and brushless DC motors. The drivers are offered in an extensive range of voltage and current ratings. STSPIN motor drivers embed all the functions needed to drive motors efficiently. This is achieved with high accuracy and includes an advanced motion profile generator.
