Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection
Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)
Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
Industrial Communication & Control
Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control provides protection for RS-485 and Ethernet applications. The Industrial RS-485 features the capability of driving multiple ports, a fast speed rating of 10Mbps, and a long-distance transmission of 1500. Industrial Ethernet provides a long-distance transmission of 100m, a 30W PoE+ rating, and a fast speed rating of 1Gbps. Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control RS-485 and Ethernet devices are ideal for energy meters, factory automation, wind control, and human machine interface. 
Littelfuse SP3312T Series 3.3V 15A Diode Array
Littelfuse SP3312T Series 3.3V 15A Diode Array integrates 4 channels, 2 differential pair, of low capacitance diodes to protect sensitive I/O pins against lightning induced surge events and ESD. The SP3312T Series can safely absorb up to 15A per IEC61000-4-5 (tp=8/20µs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC61000-4-2 international standard. They feature a low 1.3pF (TYP) per I/O capacitance, low leakage current of 0.01µA (TYP) at 3.3V and low variation in capacitance and are ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins.
