ADG5412F/ADG5413F Quad SPST Switches: Analog Devices ADG5412F/ADG5413F Fault Protection and Detection Quad SPST Switches include four independently controlled single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches for overvoltage protection up to −55V and +55V. ADG5412F features four switches that turn on with Logic 1 inputs. ADG5413F features two switches that turn on and two switches that turn off with Logic 1 inputs.
