Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs)
ROHM Semiconductor Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) feature a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1% with low current consumption. The detectors are housed in small thin packages and offered in a wide range of detection voltages. They can be used for every kind of application equipped with controllers like micro controllers, CPU or DSP. In the ROHM voltage detector IC series CMOS and open drain output are available. Output of reset signal can be selected for connected power supply. Default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible, so they can be used as replacements for existing ICs. All lineups are Pb-free, and meet RoHS.
BU42xx & BU43xx Voltage Detector ICs
ROHM BU42xx and BU43xx series Voltage Detectors are integrated circuits with high-accuracy, low-current consumption. The devices are complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Voltage Detector ICs with adjustable output delay. The devices have two output types (N channel open drain and CMOS output) and detection voltages that range from 0.9V to 4.8V in increments of 0.1V. The average operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C. Ultra-low current consumption is 0.55µA (Typ.). Applications include circuits using microcontrollers or logic circuits that require a reset.
