Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.
AQxx-02HTG Series TVS Diode Arrays
Littelfuse AQxx-02HTG Series TVS Diode Arrays are designed to protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning-induced surges. The arrays can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. Additionally, the AQ05 can safely conduct a 33A 8/20 surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition at low voltage clamping levels. The AQxx-02HTG Series is AEC-Q101 qualified.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)
Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
