nRF51422-QFAAR7 RF System on a Chip
Nordic Semiconductor nRF51422-QFAAR7 RF System on a Chip (SoC) is offered as a powerful, highly flexible multi-protocol SoC ideally suited for ANT and Bluetooth® Smart ultra-low-power wireless applications. The nRF51422 features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex™ M0 CPU with 256kB/128kB flash + 32kB/16kB RAM. An embedded 2.4GHz transceiver supports both Bluetooth Smart and the Nordic Gazell protocol stacks. 
nRF51422 ANT+ System on Chip
Nordic Semiconductor nRF51422 ANT+ System on Chip (SoC) delivers ANT+ and 2.4GHz ultra low-power functionality for wireless applications. Nordic Semiconductor nRF51422 ANT+ SoC is built around a 32-bit Arm® Cortex™ M0 CPU with 256KB flash + 16KB RAM. The embedded 2.4GHz transceiver supports ANT as well as proprietary 2.4GHz operation, where the nRF51422 is on-air-compatible with the nRF24L and nRF24AP series products from Nordic Semiconductor.
