TLP2770 Infrared LED & Photo IC Photocouplers
Toshiba TLP2770 Infrared LED & Photo IC Photocouplers is contained in a thin SO6L package of 2.3mm (max.) with a guaranteed isolation voltage of 5kVrms. The TLP2770 Photocouplers operate at a supply voltage as low as 2.7V, resulting in a reduction in power consumption of various systems. The TLP2770 Photocouplers consume a supply current (IDDL/IDDH) of 0.4mA (Max.) over a full operating temperature of -40 to +125°C. The detector of the TLP2770 has a totem-pole output stage with current sourcing and sinking capabilities. The TLP2770 Photocouplers has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of ±20kV/μs. High-Speed Photocouplers
Toshiba High-Speed Photocouplers consist of a high-output GaAℓAs light-emitting diode coupled with integrated high gain, high-speed photodetectors. Toshiba offers photocouplers compliant with various communication standards ranging from RS232 to those for factory networks. Many of these devices can operate from both 3.3V and 5V power supplies. Since these photocouplers can be used in mixed 3.3V/5V systems, common parts can be used across different product lines.
