CSICDxx-1200 Schottky Rectifiers
Central Semiconductor CSICDxx-1200 Schottky Rectifiers are Silicon Carbide (SiC) rectifiers in a low profile DPAK-2L package. The DPAK-2L package eliminates potential voltage arcing experienced when using a standard DPAK package at high voltages. The CSICDxx-1200 Schottky rectifiers are designed for high-frequency systems where energy efficiency and thermal performance are critical design parameters. These surface mount rectifiers feature low switching losses and provide stability over a wide range of temperatures. These rectifiers offer 150W power dissipation, 12000V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM), and 5/10A forward current. Applications include power inverters, motor drives, Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), and power factor correction.Learn more
