PSMN4R0-60YS N-Channel MOSFET
Nexperia PSMN4R0-60YS N-Channel MOSFET offers improved mechanical and thermal characteristics and high efficiency in switching power converters. This standard level N-channel MOSFET features advanced TrenchMOS that provides low RDSon and low gate charge. The PSMN4R0-60YS MOSFET is available in an LFPAK package which provides maximum power density in a power SO8 package. This device can operate up to 175°C and designed for use in wide range of telecom, industrial and domestic equipment. Typical applications include DC-DC converters, lithium-ion battery protection, load switching, motor control, and server power supplies.
