BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators
ROHM BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V absolute maximum voltage. These regulators offer an output voltage accuracy of ±2% (3.3V or 5.0V Typ.). The BD4x regulators are ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and low current consumption.
Automotive LDO Regulators & Voltage Trackers
ROHM Automotive LDO Regulators and Voltage Trackers are AEC-Q100 qualified and include general-purpose 3-terminal models featuring low-power consumption, high-current capability, and high-voltage resistance. These LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges and maximum output current, that varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watch-dog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive devices, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.
ROHM BD4xxM5-C LDO Regulators
ROHM BD4xxM5-C LDO regulators offer 500mA output current and 38μA typical current consumption. These regulators are ideal for applications that need a direct connection to the battery and low current consumption. A logical "HIGH" at the CTL pin enables the device and "LOW" at the CTL pin not enables the device.
