It's a voltage regulator that's great, nec is ita a 6 to 36 v input to give an output of 1.2 to 32 v, the output intensity is adjustable although the potenciometer is not multivariable and is somewhat difficult to adjust to a set value.The display goes very well and the measurements are quite accurate.
