MPQ442 High-Efficiency Step Down Converter: Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ442 High-Efficiency Step Down Converters are synchronous, rectified, step-down converters with built-in power MOSFETs. MPQ442 Step-Down Converters use synchronous mode operation to achieve higher efficiency over the output current load range. Current-mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown.
