Diodes' AP2205 is a low-quiescent current voltage regulator with a maximum input voltage of 24 V. The device features high accuracy, high-ripple rejection, low-dropout voltage, low noise, and a chip-enabled circuit which disables the output and places the device into a low-power shutdown mode for extended battery life. Protection features include a current limit for overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and reverse battery protection. The AP2205 has 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V fixed-output voltage versions in SOT89 and SOT25 with an adjustable voltage version in SOT25.
