MACOM's MASW-000936 is a high-power, broadband, high-linearity, PIN diode SPDT switch operating in applications between 0.5 GHz to 6.0 GHz. These applications include WiMAX and Wi-Fi, along with high-power LTE, TD-SCDMA, and military radio applications. Housed in a small 4 mm PQFN package, the MASW-000936 incorporates a PIN diode die fabricated with low loss and high isolation.
